STUDIO POLICIES
Effective: May 2026 • Subject to change without notice
At Tmotions Pilates, our goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and focused environment for everyone. These policies help us maintain the quality of experience our community expects. By booking a class or purchasing a membership, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Arriving at the Studio
Arrival & Punctuality
We ask that you plan to arrive 5–10 minutes before your session begins. This gives you time to settle in, and be ready to move when class starts.
If you have not arrived within 5 minutes of the scheduled class start, you will not be admitted. The session will be recorded as a late cancellation and your credit will be forfeited accordingly.
Running behind? Please contact us before your class — in some cases, and at the instructor’s discretion, accommodations can be made.
First-Time Visitors
Welcome! Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before your first class so we can walk you through a brief safety orientation and help you get comfortable with the space and equipment.
Footwear
Street shoes are not permitted inside the studio. Please leave your footwear on the mats underneath the benches. Grip socks are recommended.
Belongings
Food, drinks, and gum are not permitted inside the studio space. Tmotions Pilates is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
2. Community Standards
Respect & Inclusion
Tmotions Pilates is committed to being a space where everyone feels safe, respected, and valued. We have a zero-tolerance policy for racism, harassment, discrimination, violence, or disrespectful conduct of any kind, toward any person in the studio.
Mobile Phones & Technology
All phones and wearable devices must be silenced during class. Filming is not permitted while a session is in progress — feel free to capture content before class begins or after it ends. If you have an urgent situation that requires your phone to be accessible, please let your teacher know before class starts.
Injuries & Physical Limitations
Please inform your teacher of any injuries, physical restrictions, or health considerations before every class — even if you’ve mentioned them previously. Hands-on adjustments are always offered with consent only; you are never required to accept a physical cue.
Leaving Before Class Ends
If you need to leave before the session concludes, let your instructor know ahead of time so they can position you near the exit and minimize disruption to the group.
Age Requirements
All participants must be 16 years of age or older to attend group classes. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior written approval from the studio. Children and non-participating individuals may not observe sessions from within the studio.
Disruption
Tmotions Pilates reserves the right to ask any participant whose conduct is disruptive or unsafe to leave a session. In serious cases, access to the studio may be revoked.
3. Payments & Refunds
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking for all classes, packages, and workshops. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.
Refunds
All purchases — including class packages, memberships, and workshop fees — are final and non-refundable. No extensions will be granted beyond the standard expiry dates.
Package Transfers
If you are unable to use the remaining credits in a class package, the full balance may be transferred to a family member or friend as a one-time gift. Once transferred, you will no longer have access to those credits. Please note:
• Transfers apply to class packs only.
• Credits cannot be partially transferred — the full remaining balance transfers as a unit.
• No transfers between group class credits and private session credits.
