The Archival Collection: Designer Vintage Pop-Up
An invitation to showcase your edited archive to an intentional collective.
The Overview
Format: 1 to 2 Racks of your most thoughtful pulls (clothing, shoes, jewelry)
• Why We Are Gathering
Our community has naturally grown over the years around more than just physical movement. It's built on real, shared cultural experiences—from daily Pilates practice to the international retreats we've hosted across 6 different countries. We wanted to host this evening to give everyone a space to gather, catch up, and spend time around intentional design and curation.
• The retail circle
We've reached out to a small, handpicked circle of about 12 local curators whose eye we really appreciate. Our goal is to host a cozy, focused afternoon starting with 5 partners who are eager to bring their collection to our community and share the day with their own clients, too.
• The Audience
This afternoon connects your archive with a tasteful and open-minded community that has followed Alwynn (Atelier owner)’s practice and perspective for a long time. If you're familiar with her personal style, it’s always leaned into tactical textures, distinct palettes, and tailored comfort with a dedication to quiet quality.
The Space
• Intentional, Simple, Illuminated
Atelier’s aesthetic is minimalist, organic, and uncluttered. It offers an expansive, naturally lit environment designed to keep the visual focus open.
How We'll Help Out
• What to Bring
Simply bring your physical archive and 1 or 2 clothing racks to anchor your display area within the studio floor plan.
• Transport Options
Focus purely on your presentation. If you prefer to handle your own logistics, you are welcome to load in directly. Alternatively, we are available to manage the door-to-door transportation of your inventory and racks directly to and from the studio.
Terms
• Tiered Contributions
Pricing remains completely at your own discretion. To support the community framework, the structural split is optimized based on your logistics preference:
• 4% operational kickback on final sales if you manage your own inventory transport.
• 7% operational kickback on final sales if Atelier handles the door-to-door logistics.
• Integrated Payments
To maintain a simple, unified experience, all payments will be processed via e-transfers to hello@tmotion.ca. Your total collected balances will be immediately calculated and transferred back to you at the conclusion of the event.
