Here is a quick guide to help you get settled in and running smoothly.
The Atmosphere & Tech
Note: We might be switching providers soon, so we'll keep you posted if this changes.
• Music
Sonos speaker in the corner. As long as you're connected to the studio Wi-Fi, you can sync up and control it directly through your Spotify app.
• Lighting
All of our lights have dimmers. The space looks its absolute best with the lights dimmed down a bit to create a warm feel.
Studio Operations & Reformers
• Opening & Closing
For the next little while, Alwynn and Behroz will handle all opening and closing duties.
• Moving Equipment
Don't worry about heavy lifting—moving the reformers is entirely A & B's responsibility.
Momence App & Policy Essentials
• Checking-In Clients
You should have the ability to check clients in right from your Momence app. After the first couple of weeks, we'll huddle up as a team to see if keeping track of attendance is helpful or just extra admin overhead.
• Momence Account Permissions
Your staff roles have been set up with the permissions we think you'll need. If you find yourself locked out of something or need extra access, just let B know—we're all ears!
• Auto Substitution
We have an auto substitution feature enabled that means you can easily request subs straight from the app.
